Sunken Garden Fountain receives new, yet old, look The Bulletin Renovations began on Emporia State University's Fountain Thursday Aug. 25 at the Sunken Gardens in front of Plumb Hall. The renovations began over summer break and are part of a plan to renovate several parts of campus.
