A restaurant has opened in New York with a Welsh menu featuring ingredients imported from Wales

... by American chef Tom Coughlan, who's enjoying creating meals with a Welsh twist. Sunken Hundred takes its name from the legendary sunken kingdom of Cantre'r Gwaelod and many of the ingredients, like seaweed, are imported from Pembrokeshire.
